Terms of Use
Effective date: 24 June 2026
1. Acceptance of these Terms
These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the MIA website and any related content, features, forms, and communications we make available (together, the "Services"). By accessing or using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.
If you are using the Services on behalf of an organisation, you represent that you are authorised to accept these Terms on its behalf.
2. About MIA and the Services
MIA ("MIA", "we", "us", or "our") is an agentic AI brand. The Services provide information about MIA and a way to get in touch with our team. We may add, change, or discontinue parts of the Services at any time.
Statements on the Services that describe our direction, roadmap, or methodology are forward-looking and reflect what we are working toward; they are not commitments or guarantees of any specific outcome or availability.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least the age of majority in your jurisdiction, and legally able to enter into these Terms, to use the Services. The Services are intended for a global business audience and are not directed at children.
4. Acceptable use
When using the Services, you agree not to:
- break any applicable law or regulation, or infringe the rights of others;
- access, tamper with, or use non-public areas of the Services or our systems without authorisation;
- probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of the Services, or breach any security or authentication measures;
- interfere with or disrupt the Services, for example through excessive automated requests, scraping, or denial-of-service activity;
- submit false, misleading, or unlawful information, or content that infringes intellectual-property or privacy rights;
- copy, reverse engineer, or create derivative works from the Services except as permitted by law.
5. Your submissions
When you contact us or complete a form, you may provide information such as your name, email address, and a message. You are responsible for the accuracy of what you submit and confirm you have the right to share it.
You grant MIA a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to use the information you submit for the purpose of responding to you, evaluating potential collaboration, and operating and improving the Services, in line with our Privacy Policy.
6. Intellectual property
The Services and all related content — including text, design, graphics, the "MIA" name, logos, and brand elements — are owned by MIA or its licensors and are protected by intellectual-property laws. Except for the limited right to access and use the Services under these Terms, no rights are granted to you. You may not use our name, logos, or branding without our prior written permission.
7. Third-party services and links
The Services may link to or rely on third-party websites, tools, or services that we do not control. We are not responsible for their content, policies, or practices, and your use of them is at your own risk and subject to their terms.
8. Disclaimers
The Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free, or that any information provided is complete or accurate.
9. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, MIA and its team will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of (or inability to use) the Services. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.
10. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold MIA harmless from any claims, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your misuse of the Services or your breach of these Terms.
11. Governing law and disputes
These Terms, and any dispute arising out of or relating to them or the Services, are governed by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Hong Kong.
12. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the effective date above. Changes take effect when posted, and your continued use of the Services means you accept the updated Terms.
