- Is Mia a chatbot?
- No. A chatbot waits for a prompt and answers it. Mia runs a job: MIA Insight reads the signals, MIA Cowork takes the governed steps, MIA IQ keeps the brand and operating context you approved.
- What industries is MIA built for?
- Mia is designed for teams running recurring, context-heavy marketing work. Our current solution patterns cover Retail & Consumer, Financial Services, Beauty & Luxury, Travel & Hospitality, and Professional Services. We start with the workflow, not the industry label.
- How do we get started?
- Bring one thing you already do every week — monitoring, social content, video production. We map the inputs, the review points, the output and the boundary it has to stay inside with you, before anyone talks about a wider rollout.
- How long does it take to get started?
- Timing depends on the workflow, integrations, and controls involved. We start by mapping one recurring job, then give you a concrete scope and timeline before anything is built.
- What does “Request a Demo” actually mean — a sales pitch, or a subscription?
- Requesting a demo starts a conversation, not a checkout. Bring one recurring marketing workflow and we will map its scope and controls with you first. The commercial format is agreed after that — it is not selected from a pricing plan on this site.
- Do we need technical resources on our side?
- Not to start. Bring the people who own the workflow, its inputs, and its approvals — you do not need to arrive with a technical specification. If the workflow needs access to internal systems or new integrations, we identify the technical support required during mapping.
- Do we stay in control of what goes out?
- Yes. Human checkpoints are built into every task — they are not optional settings. Your team sets the guardrails and holds every approval point. Specific controls are confirmed when we map your workflow together.
- What happens to our data and brand knowledge?
- Mia is moving toward reusable, governed brand context rather than starting from zero each cycle. Data scope, access, retention and deployment controls are agreed for the specific implementation. How contact information from this website is handled is set out in our Privacy Policy.
Still unresolved?
Ask it against your own workflow.
Send the scenario: the inputs, the review points, the constraints. We answer against that operating reality instead of forcing a generic answer.
