Mia runs a job: MIA Insight reads the signals, MIA Agent takes the governed steps, MIA IQ keeps the brand and operating context you approved. Each capability states whether it is in production internally, engineering-ready, or on the roadmap.
Getting startedHow do we get started?: Bring one thing you already do every week — monitoring, social content, video production. We map the inputs, the review points, the output and the honest maturity boundary with you, before anyone talks about a wider rollout.
Control and dataDo we stay in control of what goes out?: Human checkpoints are part of the intended workflow. Your team sets the guardrails and the approval points. The exact controls depend on the capability and the deployment, so they get confirmed during scenario mapping rather than promised here.

MaturityHow mature is Mia, really?: Maturity is labelled per capability. Some are used in production internally. Some workflow patterns are engineering-ready. Others are on the roadmap. A roadmap label is a direction, not a claim that the capability is available today.
